Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It helps the body rest, heal and restore balance. This practice is beginner friendly and will include a gentle warm-up, followed by a mix of seated and standing poses. The practice will utilise a variety of postures, that will vary from week-to-week, to deeply stretch, nourish and energise the body and the mind. Classes will be very gentle in nature so are suitable for all levels.

This is a guided walk following the Edale Skyline route. The route covers a distance of approximately twenty miles and therefore requires a suitable level of fitness. In this workshop we will experiment making both mini collagraph and drypoint plates. The collagraph plate will produce texture and tone. The drypoint plate will produce line. These plates will be printed in different colours on top of each other.

We also have the option to introduce monoprinting on the drypoint plate, while also inking the collagraph plate using both relief and intaglio techniques simultaneously . 

Each plate can be printed in several colours at the same time. The opportunity to experiment with colour, line and tone is endless.
